"Traveling the Path of Liberation" with Jack Petranker

Join us for the second of five talks in the Nyingma Institute's "Path of Liberation" lecture series.

Sunday, November 22
6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Free

Twenty-five hundred years ago, Shakyamuni Buddha revealed a path of liberation from suffering that all living beings could follow. Nyingma Institute instructor and writer Jack Petranker will speak about how we can let the Buddha's teachings guide us toward inner freedom and the power to accomplish our highest values.

He will also describe how the Institute's new program, The Path of Liberation, blends study and experiential practice of this ancient tradition to awaken a radical vision of wholeness and well-being.

*About the "Path of Liberation" lecture series:
Dynamic and alive, the lineage of the Buddha's teachings has the power to make our lives rich and rewarding. For close to forty years the Nyingma Institute has brought these teachings to students in the Bay Area and throughout the world.

For five consecutive Sundays from November and December, this special lecture series will demonstrate the value of these teachings to the modern world and explore how they can be activated and applied.
